Ashraf was just fantastic! I have a pretty basic sewing machine, for beginners. I was trying to make something last week and the machine jammed up, and I arranged for Ashraf to show me what I was doing wrong and what I needed to do differently. He showed me so much! I now know so much more about what my machine can do. The best thing was that he showed me what to do, then had me do it. So I got to see the right way, and then I got to try it myself and get a feel for what to do. Ashraf was patient, and seemed to have fun even though he was helping an absolute beginner. I will 100% "use" him for all of my sewing machine needs from now on. I look forward to expanding my sewing horizons and showing him what I make. I called Ashraf a couple days ago because my embroidery machine seized up and I had many orders coming in so I was desperate to get it fixed.  I had brought it somewhere the last time it broke down and I was not happy with the person that helped me so I needed to find a new place.  Well, let me just say that I could not be happier than I am right now and could not have found a better place to put my trust in!   Ashraf is a complete gentleman and very professional!!!  Not only did he fix my machine which I actually thought was not fixable but he did it in front of me while I watched him. And he worked on it for 2.5 hours!  He literally took the entire machine apart until it was entirely “naked”!  Only the innards were visible.  He oiled it, cleaned it, removed all the threads that were gathered inside and used his magic hands to totally and completely fix it. It is a brand new machine now and I couldn’t be happier.  I gave him a big hug (I’m a hugger) when I left and told him I would definitely be back the next time my machine needs a good cleaning or repair.  I will definitely be  purchasing an upgraded embroidery machine from him when the time comes!  There’s nothing better than finding someone you can put your total trust in. Went to Sarah’s because every where else was closed.  We didn’t have any expectations of finding what we wanted.  We spent about 30 minutes or so there and in that time were able to sew on multiple machines to include one that was still in a box.  We left to do more homework about Sarah’s and the brand.  We ended up going back inside with in 10 minutes to make a purchase.  Thanks to the team there for teaching, answering questions and having competitive pricing! I highly recommend him! I read the reviews and we drove an hour here because what was said about the shop.. He fixed it while I waited. He was patient he showed he how to properly oil my machine. After a horrible flooding accident and much rust, Janome declared my 43 yo Singer (wedding present from my mom)…dead. So very, very sad.

However there was a golden lining (my husband promised a replacement if necessary): Janome steered me to a machine that is as close to the simplicity of my old machine as I could want and it’s electronic!

I never thought I’d be able to figure one out (others I’d looked at were beyond complicated) but he showed me how similar they were and even let me practice! AND his assistant gives sewing lessons-something I promised my adult daughter and now maybe grandkids too.

Bought my Elna 680+ on 11/21/23.  Mr.Ashraf was a delight to work with...very professional. Understood my needs and did not try to sell me a more expensive machine. Both he and his assistant Gloria were patient when explaining the machine to me. I know this machine, a gift from my husband, will last me many years.
